Refunds & Cancellation Policy


1. Overview

Adysor™ is a digital marketplace that connects clients with financial advisors, CAs, planners, and other registered professionals. We operate a prepaid wallet-credit system that allows advisors to interact with inbound leads, book consultations, and message prospects on the platform.

This Refunds & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and wallet credits operate on Adysor.

By using Adysor, you agree to the terms below.

2. Wallet Credits (if applicable) — No Refund Policy

2.1 Wallet top-ups are final

All wallet-credit purchases made by advisors are non-refundable. Once credits are added to the advisor’s Adysor wallet, they cannot be refunded or withdrawn back to a bank account.

2.2 Reasoning

Wallet credits are used to access digital services such as:

Viewing inbound client leads

Messaging clients

Booking consultations

Boosting profile visibility

Paying per-lead interaction fees

Since these services are digital and consumed instantly, Adysor cannot reverse them.

2.3 Credits do not expire

Wallet credits remain valid unless otherwise stated during promotional campaigns.

3. Advisor Plans & Subscriptions (if applicable)

3.1 Monthly subscriptions

Advisors may cancel their subscription at any time:

  • Cancelling stops future billing only.

  • Previously paid subscription fees are not refundable.

3.2 Annual subscriptions

Annual plans are offered at a discounted rate and are non-refundable once activated.

3.3 Free trials or promotional credits

Any free trial period, bonus credits, or promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

4. Client Bookings & Sessions

4.1 Cancellation by the advisor

If an advisor cancels or reschedules a booked session initiated through Adysor, the advisor must coordinate directly with the client to arrange a new time. Adysor does not issue refunds for advisor-side cancellations; no wallet credits are returned.

4.2 Cancellation by the client

Clients can cancel or reschedule based on the advisor’s individual terms. Adysor is only a marketplace and does not mediate or refund any payments exchanged outside the platform.

4.3 Misconduct, no-shows, or service issues

If a client reports advisor misconduct or no-show:

  • Adysor may investigate and take corrective action.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Wallet credits consumed during lead interactions are not returned.

5. Lead Interactions & Digital Services

5.1 Paid actions are irreversible

Any credits consumed for:

  • Viewing a lead

  • Messaging a lead

  • Initiating a booking

  • Receiving a confirmed booking

cannot be reversed once used.

5.2 Invalid lead claims

If an advisor believes a lead is fraudulent or invalid, they must report it within 48 hours.

  • Adysor may offer replacement credits at its sole discretion.

  • Cash refunds are never provided.6. Platform Rules and Prohibited Conduct

6. Cancellation of Adysor Account

6.1 Advisor account deletion

Advisors may delete their account at any time.

  • Deleting an account does not entitle the advisor to a refund of unused credits or past subscription fees.

6.2 Suspension or termination by Adysor

Adysor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating platform rules.

Unused wallet credits in such cases will not be refunded.

7. Processing Time

Where refunds or credit adjustments are approved, they are processed within 7–10 working days.
